Welcome to Roster Home Care Services. Our minimum call time is 1 hour where we will be able to support you at your own pace and you don’t feel rushed or not listened too. We want to provide care to meet your needs not ours. We will work with you to achieve your goals, do things the way you want them doing. Work in a person-centred way, develop your care plan with you and your family.

Our home care services ensure that your well-being is never compromised. We follow all guidelines in the social care profession to bring you the most compassionate and attentive care at home

It takes a special kind of person to become part of our Care team. Each staff member is carefully selected and will have undergone our extensive recruitment and selection process to provide care for the people who use our services.

Our objective is to provide a consistently outstanding quality of care for our Customers. Enabling people to continue to live independently in their own home, achieving their desired outcomes, maintaining their quality of life and their lifestyle preferences.

We recruit the very best people who embrace our values and principles. Each and every staff member is flexible and trained in their field and willing to work with you, often at short notice, to support our clients. This enthusiasm and commitment to care, teamed with exceptional skills and passion is hard to come by. We ask for the greatest of commitment from each and every staff member and thus they can provide the quality care.

WE ARE FULLY REGULATED BY THE CARE QUALITY COMMISSION (CQC)

Unlike some other home care providers such as introductory agencies, the service you receive from Roster Home Care is fully regulated, inspected and rated.

We welcome and comply with the registration and inspection and auditing process that regulation brings. We firmly believe that this commitment to transparency and quality can only drive the best possible experience for the people and their families that we support and care for.

Our Team

We are a newly formed company, but our knowledge and experience in the care sector is vast. Both our directors have many years of work history and knowledge in the care industry. They run a successful care agency having done this for the last 6 years, with branches in many big cities in England.

They currently provide Qualified Nurses and Care Assistants to the NHS and to several County Councils in England, they also supply staff to Private Nursing homes and Care homes around the country.

Our manager has over 35 years of experience in the care sector, having worked in the following:

Hospitals – Care Homes – Housing with Care – Domiciliary Care – Social Services home care and Day Care centres

Having started as a night care assistant to becoming a manager, in the last few years she has worked with domiciliary agencies and care homes as a trouble shooter assisting them to become CQC compliant by meeting the CQC Regulations. Her last role was working as a Regional Manager looking after Nursing Homes and Care Homes.

She has a background of working with the older generation. Whilst working with people who live with Dementia, this has become a speciality subject for her, and she has trained as a Dementia Care Mapper.

Our staff are well qualified to provide a consistently outstanding quality of care for our Customers.
